Living space. The apartments are heated centrally and have one or two separate bedrooms. All living units have a living room with sofa, integrated kitchen and eating space, bathroom (shower, toilet), 2x 8 or 1x 10 sqm balcony 1 big terrace at the south-east side, SAT TV. Internet access is in the house. The furniture has 4 star quality and contains bed linen, towels, and bathing towels, cleaning towels (change of laundry if needed). In the kitchen you have a coffee machine, toaster and baking oven, in the bathroom there is a hair dryer. Storeroom for your holiday gear, bicycles etc., washing machine and washing drier as well as vehicle space next to the house are given. In the garden you can barbecue, the children have space to play.

In the new built house there ist his 60 sqm big holiday apartment with a double room, floorboard and a big living room with a sofa, integrated kitchenette, dining area, bathroom (shower, toilet), 40 sqm terrace, SAT TV, telephone and internet access in the house. The furniture is of a 4 star quality and contains the bed linen, towels and bathing towels, cleaning towels (laundry change if needed). In the kitchen you have a coffee machine, toaster and baking oven, in the bathroom there is a hair drier. Storeroom for your holiday gear, bicycles etc., washing machine and washing drier as well as vehicle space next to the house are given. In the garden you can barbecue, the children have space to play.

In this nearly not cultivated oasis, embedded within the Julish Alps, hardly 4 km away from Lake Bohinjer there is our house in the town of Bohinjska Bistrica. The lovely town of Bohinjska Bistrica is located in the country triangle Italy-Austria-Slovenia, 70 km away from Villach nearby the Karavankentunnel at the sun side of the Alps. Bohinj and its mountains are something special. Our apartment house is 100 m away from the ski resort of Kobla and 100 m from the Aguapark Bohinj. The shopping facilities are all nearby (post, bank, doctor, town hall, cinema…). It is a small paradise for an unforgettable holiday. It is worth to explore that. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. We look forward in having you as a guest at our family. We look forward to your call.

Unser Urlaub in Slowenien war einfach toll! Wir hatten das Apartment 4. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber, modern eingerichtet. Kurz: man hatte alles was man braucht! Auch das Grundstück an sich war sehr gepflegt. Alles Notwendige (Arzt, Apotheke, Supermärkte, Bäcker, u.s.w.) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Unsere Vermieter waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hatten stets tolle Ausflugstips, auf die man wahrscheinlich als Ortsunkundiger selbst nicht kommt!
Aus unserer Sicht gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!
