Fantastic spacious holiday home to rent for short vacation breaks, on Millionaires Row in La Veleta on the southern edge of Torrevieja. Stunning views of the sea and lakes. Two minutes walking distance from the ocean, and just five minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and a good supermarket. En suite double bedroom with Jacuzzi spa bath, twin room with own balcony access, luxury second shower room, large living/dining room with balcony and modern open plan kitchen, utility room with washing machine. Air conditioning, TV, DVD and a selection of films, stereo, two sofas which convert into beds for larger groups, and a new infant travel cot included free of charge. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you could need for a perfect self-catering stay! Oven/hob/hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all usual utensils and glasses etc are provided. Secure grounds with communal pool and children's pool. 35 minutes drive from Alicante or Murcia airport

Superb for a leisurely golfing holiday. Near several championship golf courses including Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Our apartment development is set among luxury mansions, just three villas away from the beach. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, breathe the sea air and hear the waves as you watch the yachts go by! Ideal for a beach holiday or golf, Torrevieja is a Spanish working town and the apartment is on the outskirts, about ten minutes drive from the centre. There are many beautiful sandy beaches, tourist attractions and the Marina along the coast as you head towards town. There is a seafront promenade, many wonderful restaurants and great shopping. The modern yacht club, water sports, diving, water parks, boat trips, and clean beaches are delightful. The working salt mine and natural pink and blue coloured huge salt lakes are beautiful and health-giving, being rich in minerals and reducing humidity.The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine per year at 24 degrees.

Further Information: We have a local agent in the area who looks after the keys, organizes cleaning and bedding, and can arrange airport transfers, extra baby equipment hire, welcome packs etc at a reasonable price, or meet you with the keys and deal with any problems or questions. You can also contact us while you are away. We request a returnable deposit of £100 for damage/keys. We can post keys to you before you go if required, along with directions, information and our full contact details as well as our agent's. This info can also be emailed, faxed or texted if preferred. Rental prices will be pro rata for one week plus, so although no daily rate is displayed, you will receive great value! Rates include power, air conditioning, bedding and towels, cleaning etc. No hidden extras. The price is for the whole apartment/family or group. Flights, meals etc not included. We accept paypal, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

A wonderful apartment, highly recommended

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment with our 4 year old girl. Apartment really clean and extremely well equipped. Air conditioning was wonderful and we loved the pools. Our daughter was delighted to find amazing inflatables in the apartment for our use!! In good location within walking distance of resturants and beach. Bus stop really close for journeys further afield. We enjoyed a really relaxing holiday and would highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great holiday, would go again!

We loved the apartment, masses of room and really well equiped. The owners seemed to really care that we have an enjoyable stay! Great for the kids too, well maintained, clean and excellent service provided by the owners. So close to the beach and park we loved meandering down there and have lunch in the beach restaurant while kids played in the sand. No noisy traffic. Would definitely recommend!
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: There is a lovely choice of restaurants for a long lunch, where the dining area comes down to the sand!

We really loved the situation of this property, with its ocean views and short stroll along the seafront to the supermarket and the town centre. We also found that, because most of the residents of the block are Spanish, we had the pool to ourselves for much of the day and indeed, rarely saw anyone on the neighbouring pebble beach. The sandy beach did get busier but was never crowded. We were there in August (HOT!) and can vouch for the efficiency of the air conditioning system - beautiful! The owners arranged transport to and from the airport for us and everything we needed was available in the property. All in all we had a great holiday; just the right mixture of peace and quiet when you want it and things to do when you need them.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
