New to the rental market, our Executive 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is fully furnished and equipped to an exceptional high class standard. Our villa is situated on an extra large private plot surrounded by conservation, ponds and lakes. All bedrooms have a TV with cable channels and all have ceiling fans. One of the twin rooms has a Playstation 2 console, with wireless controllers and games (please note games from the UK are not compatible) The spacious Family room is newly furnished and decorated and has a 42' flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD/Music centre with ipod docking station, telephone and selection of games, puzzles and DVDs for the whole family. Free Wireless Hi speed internet is available throughout the villa. A full sized Table Tennis table and all accessories is available in the garage. The fantastic, south facing Pool, Spa & deck overlooks ponds and Conservation, it's the perfect, peaceful place to relax in total privacy.

  • Stays of 5 nights and less ARE available, but will incur a cleaning fee of £60

    HEATING OF THE POOL IS AN OPTIONAL EXTRA and is usually necessary from November until April. The heating in our pool is electric. Please enquire for pool heating prices
  • We are happy to negotiate a lower rate for bookings of over 2 weeks and also when there are small parties staying.
  • A £100 PER week deposit is required with your completed booking form.

    A seperate cheque for £150 is required with final balance as a security deposit, and will be returned in full after a satisfactory report from the Management Company.

There is so much space in this home. The kitchen is to die for! So peaceful and quiet. The way the homes are angled, makes the pool area fairly private.

The home is perfectly situated for getting to the parks, dining and supermarkets, but still seems to be away from all the hustle and bustle.

Would definitely recommend this home.

I had the pleasure of visiting this villa recently, unfortunately not to stay but just to take a look around with a view to renting at a later date.

The villa is beautiful and the owners have gone to great lengths to make their villa one that you will want to visit time and time again.

The house is furnished to a very high standard and the pool and view are superb.

You will not be disappointed if you book this villa.
