Fantastic penthouse on 8th floor with stunning views over the beach and the sea. Spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are neat and light. Its proximity to golf courses and the mountains make it a perfect spot for a wonderful holiday. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are walking distance. The building has a lift and direct access to the white sandy beach. These are two apartments which can be rented separately, one is a four-bedroom and the other one a three-bedroom flat. It can also be rented as one apartment with 7 bedrooms, then we will open up the dividing door and it feels like one big flat. The large terrace serves both flats, but can easily be divided if both flats are rented out. If only one flat is occupied, the whole terrace can be used by the tenants.

Wonderful penthouse with stunning views. It feels very spacious with a large sitting and dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. The large terrace serves both flats, but can easily be divided if both units are rented out. If only one flat is occupied, the complete terrace can be used by the tenants.

Nearest Airport: Palma airport at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Palma at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Motorway to Palma at 5 Kilometres
This penthouse is on the 8th floor of a sought-after building right by the fabulous beach of Paguera. It is also just off the lively main street with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Along the long, sandy beach is the promenade with its cafes and restaurants. Many golf-courses are close-by, Andratx is only a short drive as well as the very nice port of Puerto Portals. It is a great area for hiking and cycling and Palma with its outstanding old town and the famous cathedral is a 15-minute drive away. The airport is only a 25-minute drive away. Paguera is one of the few holiday resorts that is open all year round.
