This beautiful house in La Mola, Port Andratx with stunning sea views and direct access to the sea is only 5 minutes away from the port of Andratx and close to many beaches and golf courses. The main house has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large entrance hall, living/dining room, and fully equipped kitchen - all leading out to covered terraces. The outside living area includes a bar, sauna, flat gardens and good-sized swimming pool. The guesthouse is in a tower next to the pool and has an en suite bedroom and a small kitchenette and lovely views to the sea.

Good connection to the Northern coastal road and there are lots of golf courses nearby. The Club de Vela in Port Andratx offers boat chartering, sailing lessons etc. This is a perfect place if you are a sailor!
