This recently renovated Chalet is situated 500 metres from the centre of Megeve, in a quiet location, within walking distance of the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities. There are 3 apartments available to rent. These apartments can be rented separately or as one property to hold up to 14 people.

Main Apartment - up to 8 people This apartment is very spacious and offers fine views of the surrounding mountains. Ground Floor - There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, Fridge/freezer. The sitting room is in the traditional Chalet style, with two settees and a CD player and with a woodstove that serves the TV/DVD room as well. The TV room has a large corner settee. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and space for drying ski wear. There is a cloakroom. This apartment has the benefit of a very large terrace with stunning views. There are four bedrooms, two en suite and a family shower room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Duvets and pillows are provided but linen and towels will be necessary. These can be hired on a weekly basis from Hotel Le Gai Soleil for 18 € per person.
    A cleaning charge is added as follows:
    Apartment 1 = 75 €, Apartment 2 = 45 €, Apartment 3 = 30 €
  • Once a completed booking form has been received with a 10%, non-refundable deposit, the accommodation will be reserved for you.
    4 weeks before your holiday date the full rental amount (minus the deposit) plus the cleaning charge and the security bond of 20% of the rental charge.
    The security bond will be refunded as soon as the keys have been returned and it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred.
