This recently renovated Chalet is situated 500 metres from the centre of Megeve, in a quiet location, within walking distance of the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities. There are 3 apartments available to rent. These apartments can be rented separately or as one property to hold up to 14 people.

This apartment offers an open plan living room with seating area, TV and DVD, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. It is situated on the ground floor of the chalet with private access from the side of the building. Master Bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2 - twin beds and an adjacent shower room. Please note than either of these twin beds can easily be made into doubles.

  • Duvets and pillows are provided but linen and towels will be necessary. These can be hired on a weekly basis from Hotel Le Gai Soleil for 18 € per person.
    A cleaning charge is added as follows:
    Apartment 1 = 75 €, Apartment 2 = 45 €, Apartment 3 = 30 €
  • Once a completed booking form has been received with a 10%, non-refundable deposit, the accommodation will be reserved for you.
    4 weeks before your holiday date the full rental amount (minus the deposit) plus the cleaning charge and the security bond of 20% of the rental charge.
    The security bond will be refunded as soon as the keys have been returned and it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred.
