This luxurious apartment is located in the residence “Atoll Beach” directly at the sea. It is situated directly at the beach and is quickly available by footpaths (6 m). The apartment features an elevator and is located on the first floor. 2 rooms for 4 people, approx. 45 m² plus 10 m² terrace are at your disposal. The unique southern terrace offers a spectacular view of sea, beach, coast, pool and palm trees. The apartment is arranged with all comforts (air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, dishwasher) and has an open living room with a sleeping couch, an American kitchen and a dinette. Plus a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub, toilet. 50 restaurants, 140 shops, doctors are nearby. The residence has its private sandy beach with divan beds (admission charge). That makes the apartment perfect the year around. A closed basement garage is at your disposal.
