The villa has a monitored alarm system, wi fi Internet and cable television with English, French, and German programmes, air conditioning in the two master bedrooms and lounge/dining room which leads directly to the beautiful outside covered terrace ideal for alfresco eating any time of the day. The villa benefits from a kitchen on both levels and a superb bar/game room with pool table on the lower pool and terrace level. Each level has two double bedrooms and a full family bathroom. If you want a large comfortable villa ideal for a large family or two sharing, then this villa has to be at the top of your wish list.

Javea is situated on the beautiful eastern coast of Spain (The Costa Blanca) and is a lively cosmopolitan town with a diversity of attractions and its beautiful sandy bay known as the Arenal with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The Terra Mitica theme and nature parks are about 30 minutes away near Benidorm, there is also the Aqualandia water theme park ideal for all age groups.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa, the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to holiday start date together with a REFUNDABLE 200 pound damage waiver deposit to cover any loss of keys or damage to the property or contents. This is returned within 7 days after the holiday end date.
    Please note all holiday rates include all bedding and towels. The villa is cleaned to a very high standard before and after your holiday which is included in the rental rates, however there is a 60 pound supplement for cleaning when the villa is only booked for single week stays.
  • This is a non smoking villa so smoking only outside the villa, thank you.
