Casa Marchi is a luxury rustic 15th century cottage, situated in the the medieval village of Gombereto. Surrounded by chestnut forests & far reaching Tuscan views. Close to the nature reserve of Orrido di Bottri home of the golden eagle & Italys deepest glacier canyon. Close to the cities of Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Sienna & the coastal resorts of the the Versilian coast & the Cinque Terre. The ski resorts of Cutigliano, Abetone, Val di Luce & Monte Cimone are a short drive away. Casa Marchi is surrounded by ancient marked trails where you can walk around the media valley and it's surrounding villages. The property comprises of 5 bedrooms all ensuite, large dining room, kitchen & living room. The house has been restored to a high standard and is full of rustic Tuscan charm with many of it's original features brought to life by its owners.

You can visit the coastal resorts of the Versilian, the cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Sienna & Pistoia or simply relax in the properties beautiful patio garden. Within a shop walk there is a general store selling everything you may need for your stay. Alternatively you can drive 5 mins to Bagni di Lucca centre where you will find banks, supermarkets, bakers, butchers as well as many bars, shops & restaurants not to mention the famous Casino the fiurst in Europe reopened as a casino in 2009 the only one in this part of Italy.
