The accommodation is all on one level. There is a large hallway giving access to all main living areas. The lounge / dining room, the breakfast-kitchen, a separate laundry room and, from the hallway, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and remote control air conditioning units. The bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom and a separate shower room with a ‘double’ cubical. Patio doors from the living room and a door from the kitchen give access to the shaded terrace. Patio furniture and a Brick Built BBQ are available to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 9m x 4m swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. here is a good area of lawn to the front and side of the villa along with ornamental gardens containing a number of fig trees, from where the villa takes its name. Off road parking is available for two cars behind lockable gates.
