Additional information about rental rates

• Written confirmation along with a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Confirmation, receipt and invoice will be sent to you. The final payment is due eight weeks before arrival. If for any reason the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. For a booking made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the total amount will be due. The arrival time is 14.00 hrs on the first day and ends at 11.00am on the departure day, however, we have experienced and realise the inconvenience of an 11.00am departure and if possible will allow you to stay in the villa until your scheduled departure time at no extra costs subject to availability, please check on arrival.
• Cancellation:
  By you the client, 8 weeks before your arrival, the deposit will be non refundable, less than 8 weeks the full amount will be non refundable.
  
  Cancellation by us the Owners: In the unlikely event of the villa not being available a full refund will be made of monies paid.
  
  Force Majeure
  
  We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control such as threats of war, civil commotion, riots, industrial disputes, earthquakes, and any other natural disasters, government action or travel delays.
  
  Insurance
  
  The client is strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover everyone in the party.
  
  Health & safety
  
  Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the property is a safe as possible, you must accept that the local conditions vary enormously from the UK and other European countries. We cannot accept any responsibility for your health & safety whilst you are staying at the property.
• Guidlines will be provided with regards to your health and safety at the property, please make time to read these to assist you in minimising any risks to your safety. The Owners cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the property or persons during the course of your stay in the villa.
  
  The client must accept full responsibility for damage, breakages and goods to the property. All damages and breakages will be charged for at the replacement value and must be paid for prior to departure.
  
  This villa has a no smoking policy.
