Large 18 m² sunny and undisturbed sun terrace with magnificent views of the golf course, one of the lakes and mountains. Spacious, elegantly furnished living room with sofa, armchair and dining table for 6 persons (table can be extended). Air-conditioning (Panasonic Inverter) in all rooms with cold / hot, quiet operation (21 dB). 32 'Samsung Full HDTV. JVC DVD and stereo connected to the TV. Input for e.g. iPod. Master bedroom with large double bed and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 adult beds. Both bedrooms have large, fitted wardrobes. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cutlery and tableware for 8 persons. Toilet with bath and shower and lots of space for toilet articles. Washing machine. Terrace with dining table for 4 people. 2 sun beds with mattresses. Built-in BBC with chimney. There is a large roof top solarium with an outstanding view in all directions.

Condado de Alhama is a golf resort located on a plateau between three mountains, 15 minutes drive from the pleasant beaches at Pourto de Mazarron. The place is much more than just a place for golfers. Your family will feel comfortable and relaxed in the luxury and secure environments with only a short distance to the pool, tennis, football and the town centre, Al Cazar, built in Moorish style. Here you will find pubs, cafés, a large grocery store and two delicate restaurants and a golf shop. Several towns are within easy reach by car, such as Murcia, Cartegena, Totana, Lorca, Alhama and Pourto de Mazarron. In the latter you find a nice marina and many restaurants and bars. With Sierra Espuna National Park, as well as many other, natural scenery spots, the beaches and beautiful bays, local traditional, small villages around, and being in the middle of Spains kitchen garden, this is an ideal place to stay for anyone who wants to experience the real Spain.

  • Cleaning, towels and linen are 55 €, to be paid directly to the keyholder.
  • A deposit of €130 (non refundable) is payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental is payable on booking. Cash, bank transfer or credit cards accepted (via PayPal*).

  • The accommodation is lightly cleaned before arrival by our local keyholder. When you arrive at the resort gate, our keyholder will guide you to our property and show you how to use it.
    Two towels per person are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
    The property is thoroughly cleaned after the stay.

  • The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the undisturbed terrace. We have tried out best to make the bed rooms practical for you to use.The room has large, fitted wardrobes with special hangers installed so you can easily arrange all your belongings in there. The extra high quality double bed (160 cm) has small drawers on either side and a double bed light installed in the middle. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes with drawers, two luxury adult beds with high quality mattresses, bed side drawers and lighting. Each bedroom has air-conditioning with cold and warm air installed. These can be operated in silent mode (21 dB).

Notes: We have done our best to make you feel at home in our new apartment. Besides all the 'traditional' items such as dish washer, ceramic stove, washing machine, high quality TV-set, etc. we have equipped the place with wine glasses (red and white) and lots of practical kitchen stuff. New shelves have been installed in the kitchen for storing pots and pans. Kitchen ware for 8 persons is provided. The dining table can be extended for 6 person to dine (this is possible with two extra chairs available in the bedrooms). Near the main entrance, a shue store is placed.
