A beautifully recreated stone house with swimming pool in a tranquil valley of olive trees an grape vines. The house looks across a valley directly at the majestic Maielle Mountains. The bathrooms and kitchen of the house are totally new and fully equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. All on one level the very large open beam kitchen/sitting room area opens directly on to a shaded patio steps from the 10x5m swimming pool. Within 10 mins there are many local and non-expensive local restaurants. Shopping is 3 min away in Civitella Casanova. The nearby Gran Sasso National Park has beautiful mountains, walking paths and picnicking areas. The Adriatic beaches are 40 mins away.
