This is a cosy and warmly decorated town house in the town of Palafrugell which dates back to 1800. It has its original vaults on the ground floor. There is a small garden at the back which originally was an orchard and the old wash - tub has been made into a plunge-pool. Sleeps 6. The house is on three floors. Layout: Ground floor: A large sitting room with fireplace with two reading zones and chaise-lounge to comfortably watch TV and DVD. Dining room and fully equipped typical kitchen. Looks on to garden and pool. First floor: 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has a terrace that overlooks the garden. Two bathrooms with shower. Second Floor: One double bedroom with fireplace, desk, terrace, bathroom with bathtub. Amenities: Air conditioning / Central Heating and air conditioning throughout. Cleaning lady may be arranged. Parking space included. Plunge pool. Garden: Trees, plants, flowers, lawn
