Villa Genista has double glazing and electric radiators providing year round comfort; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; comfortably furnished dining lounge, satellite TV & DVD; kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, electric oven, hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer; utility room (washing machine, iron, etc.) and pool room with the 6m heated swimming pool. Price includes electricity, pool heating & maintenance, towels, bed linen & weekly cleaning. Margon, a pretty hamlet nestling amongst vineyards, has a 13C château, shop, bar & restaurants. Roujan, 3 min by car, has good variety of shops. Pézenas (medieval quarter, open air market & supermarkets) 11 min, Béziers 20 min, sparkling Mediterranean 30 min. Inland, picturesque villages, hills, lakes & gorges. Ideal for walking, cycling, golf and of course wine tasting. Sorry but we do not accept any children under 12 or smokers.
