The inviting, quietly located vacation home has about 280 m² of living space, separated on two levels. From the garden to the living room with an integrated, completely furnished kitchen, you can get to the large, partially roofed patio. The garden bordered by coconut trees, with its diverse selection of tropical plants, invites you to unwind. The calm stone pool and a playing area will not only excite the hearts of children. A beautiful grill and the exterior lighting provide for a romantic atmosphere during the night. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are found on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you can go through a gallery to a suite with two bedrooms and an exclusive bathroom. The large roof deck offers a spectacular view. All rooms open to the sea side so that air conditioning is not necessary. You cannot see into the residence from outside, it is completely safe and has 24 h security.

Notes to the rental rates

• The price applies to a booking for two people; for each further guest, 15 €/ day, children (3-12) 10 €/ day. Price discounts can be arranged for extended stays for four or more weeks. Included in the rental rate are: airport transfer, personal support by the renter, vehicle (rented car category B, insurance total, air-conditioning and daily 200km free), computer, 24h-Internet, electricity, gas, water, cell phone with prepaid card and 24 hour security. Additionally, we charge you for the preparation cleaning and final cleaning (EUR 70, 100), for gas and, if applicable, travelling expenses and house personnel upon request. Payment: 50% upon booking and the balance upon arrival.

Upon arrangement, the offer can also be combined with different inland trips such as to Jericoacoara (300 km) - officially one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, to the African Brazil Bahia-Salvador or in the Amazon.
