The galazio is found in the village of Batsi beach, just above the sea. From it's balconies and verandas, the eye can wander over the beach, the harbour and the entire picturesque village. Far from the clamour of the crowds, it offers it's residents an ideal combination of peace, entertainment and every kind of modern convenience which only Batsi can offer in the whole of Andros.

The Galazio has five double rooms, two triple rooms and two suites ( two rooms which can accommodate up to four people). All have a balcony or veranda and all, except one (chich overlooks the garden) have a sea view. The distance from beach is just 15 metres. Again, if you are in the mood for a pleasant stroll of a few minutes, then you can choose between another four beaches! in close proximity to us there are enough tavernas and cafe bars which serve breakfast and meals.

Batsi is 7 kilometres from Gavrio, the island's port, and the journey takes 10 minutes. A small fishing village until quite recent years, Batsi is today the centre of social and tourist life on the island. It offers everything a modern traveller of restaurants offer could need. A great number Greek and international cuisine. Tavernas with traditional dishes of local produce. A social life and a night life. A wealth of shops for all needs. With a sort of drive one can find the most beautiful beaches on the island (popular and deserted), archaeological sites (Aghios Petros Tower, Ypsili, Paleopoli), and the thousand year old monastery of Zoodochos Pighi.
