Beautiful family house with 5 bedrooms located in the prestigious residential area of Chateauneuf, between Valbonne and Mougins. The property is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people with a comfy living room and French doors opening out onto the terrace, separate kitchen as well as TV den and indoor and outdoor covered dining areas. Set on over 5000m² of luxurious lawned garden there’s a large 12x5 metre pool, wide pool terrace, lawns and sweeping views of the mountains. Just a couple of minutes drive into the lively Cote d’Azur village of Valbonne and 20 minutes to Cannes, Antibes and the coast and half an hour from Nice airport.

The villa is located in the exclusive residential neighbourhood of Notre Dame de Brusc – a peaceful and scenic residential area between the villages of Valbonne and Opio. Just down the hill (1 km approx.) is the lively Cote d`Azur village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, shops and weekend market, Also nearby is the village of Mougins and its only 15 minutes to the Cannes Croisette, Antibes and the beaches of the coast. Nice airport is about 30km. Recreation and sports facilities are on the doorstep – within easy walking distance (500metres) is the championship golf course of the Golf de la Grande Bastide and there is also a local tennis club and riding club within easy walking distance. This is a great villa for a family holiday.
