A very pretty, sensitively restored stone farmhouse located in a tranquil river valley 10 minutes from the historic town of Grasse. The property has five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a gorgeous, fully equipped country kitchen, separate dining room and double reception. Set within a lovely terrace garden with lawn and private pool and peaceful views over the `Valle Verte` - an established area of big family estates, the property is just five minutes drive into the historic town of Grasse. It's half an hour to Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast, 15 minutes to the picturesque villages of Valbonne and Mougins and 45 minutes drive from Nice airport. A charming residence for both summer and winter relaxing vacations.

The villa is located in the exclusive residential neighbourhood of Notre Dame de Brusc – a peaceful and scenic residential area of Chateauneuf. Just down the hill (1 km approx.) is the lively Cote d`Azur village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, shops and weekend market, Also nearby is the village of Mougins and its only 15 minutes to the Cannes Croisette, Antibes and the beaches of the coast. Nice airport is about 30km. Recreation and sports facilities are on the doorstep – within easy walking distance (500metres) is the championship golf course of the Golf de la Grande Bastide and there is also a local tennis club and riding club within easy walking distance. This is a great villa for a family holiday.
