Photos and Description of this KwaZulu-Natal holiday villa 4 bedroom Villa to sleep 8, on 11th hole of golf course, walking distance to sea

The villa is on three levels. Entering on the middle floor, which has a kitchen/dining area a lounge and one bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The main deck is on this level with a BBQ and Weber. It has breathtaking views of the golf course. The master bedroom with en-suite is located at the top floor with a small balcony. Great views from up here. The other two bedrooms are on the bottom floor with it's own veranda and lawn. From here you can have access to the beach and golf course. One room with a double bed a another with two single beds. These bedrooms share a separate toilet and shower room. The mattresses are of a very high quality and are brand new. All the linen is white percale.

San Lameer Estate is just off the N2 highway, 160 kilometers or 90 minutes from Durban International airport (SAA and BA fly there). The estate is only minutes away from Margate which has its own airport (charter flights). The property is 15km from the Shelly Beach Shopping Centre for movies, shopping and dining. San Lameer is a conservation area with 195 different bird species, abundant wildlife - including impala, red, grey, reedbuck and bushbuck - and indigenous fauna and flora. Add to this a subtropical climate, the Indian Ocean and, of course, a 18 hole championship golf course designed by Peter Matkovich and Dale Hayes. Next door to San Lameer is the Trafalgar Marine Reserve, which stretches 500 metres out to sea. - The villa is within walking distance from the private BLUE FLAG beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, squash courts, golf-and mashy course, grocery store and small library. Oribi Gorge is close by - where people do ab-sailing, bungee jumping, river rafting etc.

  • Each bedroom has a spectacular view overlooking the 13 hole of the golf course. The top bedroom (en suite) has a small balcony. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor share a bathroom and separate toilet. They lead out on to the bottom deck with lawn and an herb garden in front (the golf course beyond). The bird life is amazing as well as many species of antelope.
