This is a large and graceful three-storey villa. In the central floor there is the kitchen. Filled with light, fully equipped, a really lovely spot to be in, whether you're the cook or the guest.  The dining room, just off the kitchen, features a large antique table and can easily accommodate 12. A large salon with sofas allows the guests to relax with breathtaking views from the large windows. All six bedrooms are located on the second level of the villa.  Two of the bedrooms are shown above.  All bedrooms are large, furnished with antique beds, armoires and fine linens.  All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, sat TV and mini bar. There are three full baths on this floor. The lower level of the villa, which opens out onto a large terrace, features a fully equipped catering kitchen and large party dining room.  A chef is available to personally prepare a special feast and to select the perfect wines to accompany the selected menu.

Notes: The villa's chapel, ancient and intact but unable to be used at this time,  is located just behind the villa and adds to the charm and beauty of the well-kept grounds. There is also a large olive grove, and the villa produces its own very highly rated olive oil (it has twice been awarded the highest prize by the Italian Association of Sommeliers and Oil Tasters).  Guests who's visit in November can actually take part in the harvest.  Guests who's visit at other times of the year have to be content with enjoying the fruit of November's labor! The villa's location is such that it commands sweeping views of the Tuscan landscape from every side, as shown above left in a photo taken from the breakfast terrace, just off the dining room.  Located on another part of the estate, a short walk down the drive, is a charming surprise.....a family of five Italian ponies who graze in their own fenced-in area and delight guests with their beauty.
