Marineside is located off a private beach road in Bracklesham Bay, it is a light and airy house which has recently been given a complete face lift. It has stunning sea views at the front and back of the house. There is a secure court yard garden at the back and a well maintained communal area at the front which has direct access to the beach. Bracklesham Bay is a well known wind and kitesurfing hot spot as well as one of the south coast best fossil hunting areas. East Wittering is a very short drive or cycle ride away or alternatively a lovely walk along the beach will get you to the good local shops, cafes and restaurants. West Wittering is not much further with its wonderful beach that has the Blue flag award as one the countrys premier beaches. The Cathederal City Chichester is 20 minutes away and Goodwood Park is also in close proximity to the house making it an ideal holiday rental for all.

The area has its own microclimate and is renowned nationally for the sports and activities available, such as Sailing, Windsurfing, Golf, Kite surfing, Cycling, Surfing and Horseriding. The area is also famous for fossil hunting or you could just enjoy the simple pleasures of Birdwatching, Fishing and walking.
