Notes: 60 m² terrace at same level of the apartment. You can enjoy beautiful breakfast, lunch and dinner with a view of historical roman aqueduct. There is a famous theatre just around the corner, a few meters from the house. You can discover a big food market 500 m from the house. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and there is no lift/elevator in historic building, but 65 low 'Renaissance'-steps a few times a day will only increase our health! Moreover, the local shops will gladly bring your heavy purchases to your roman home without a surcharge. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2008. I, Yumi and my Italian husband, personally taking care of the rental and have been living for the last 13 years in Rome, after leaving my home in Tokyo. It's a very nice area, in the historic center, Nearby you can find local pizzerias, restaurants, markets, internet cafès, banks, everything is at walking distance.

Wonderful flat in convenient and lovely location!

The appartment was excellent. It had all the conveniences of home in a great location.
The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook meals for our family and baby son who had just commenced solids. The outdoor terrace was lovely to sit on and relax whilst drinking coffee or a wine. We had almost every meal on the terrace. It was also great for the children to play on. The building had a smal park downstairs which was also good to allow our children to play and take a coffee.
The appartment was close to shops and only a ten minute walk to the Metro Station. It was close to the train which allowed us to go to Fiumicino Airport. There are pleanty of resturants for dining. Overall the appartment was neat , clean and well presented. Yumi & Paola were fantastic hosts and made extra efforts to accomodated my family. We thouroughly enjoyed our time in Rome and will do it again next time we travel to Italy.

Yumi was very very friendly, quite and helpful upon our arrival in Rome. I found the apartment to be a good value and have an excellent location, is in the wonderful Vittorio Emanuele area, tourist attractions are at easy walking-distance.
There is the oldest ice cream factory in the world less than 5 minutes away on foot "Fassi" unforgettable! We ate one night at "Trattoria Peppe", which is very near and it was delicious.
If I go back to Rome, I would want to stay here again. I have rented a few apartments over the years and often they are not as nice as the pictures, I am happy to say this apartment is so much better than the pictures.
I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends!
