La Primavera is located in a quiet position on Urb Pinosol, close to the popular beach resort of Javea. The villa has been comfortably furnished to a high standard and is suitable for family holidays, couples or groups of friends. The gardens and pool make for an idyllic relaxing holiday, but if required, the cosmopolitan night-life of Javea is just a short drive/taxi ride away. Javea has many bars and restaurants to sample local dishes. The Arenal beach is one of the best in the area; it gains depth very gradually, making it ideal for the kids. Water sports are in abundance, with a large boat and jet-ski hire facility at the mouth of Javea's small river. La Primavera is also situated perfectly for golfers; there are 4 superb golf courses with just a short drive away.

  • Bookings can be made via phone or e-mail. Upon booking a 30% deposit must be paid. The remaining rental fee is due 45 days prior to the start of the rental, if you are booking less that 45 days from departure then full payment is required. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required, this is held against breakages, damage, key loss or excessive cleaning, the deposit will be refunded upon receipt of keys.

    Towels and linen are included. Beach towels not included. Villa cleaned before and after occupancy.
