Our family moved to Mallorca in 2001. We find the island one of the most beautiful and hospitable places in Europe. Not only nature and climate make it special. We have been very lucky as well to enjoy the richness and diversity of local traditions and cultural life.

We bought two flats on the same floor and used them as one property for our large family. Now that children have grown up and moved to continue studies in London, flats are separated again and one of them is available for rent when it is not occupied by the family. We fell in love with the area for its proximity to everything we enjoyed about centre of Palma. Fresh food market next door, perfect transport connections, park, not to mention shops, cafes, galleries etc. The pedestrian street is full of artists and musicians during the day and quiet after shops close.

All Palma carnivals and processions go via San Miguel. As the apartment has always been used as a family home it has quality furniture and is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. We have a lot of children's books and DVDs to save you bringing your own. We can always arrange a welcome pack from the market for your first evening in Palma and help with information on local life and directions if required.
