Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the region of Castelo, villa Miramar offers comfortable accommodation in a Convenient location. The sandy beaches of Castelo, Evaristo and Coelha are within a fifteen minute walk, while a Small selection of restaurants and a supermarket are even closer. The villa is light and airy and features typical Portuguese characteristics and has recently been refurbished with a newly fitted kitchen. Outside, the garden Provides a barbecue area with patio furniture, a sun terrace, private pool and a large well kept lawn.

  • The villa provides you with: 2/3 fans (only in July and August) free of cost; 1 baby chair and 1 bed (if more there is an extra cost of 20 euros per week); an extra single bed can be requested under the price of 70 euros per week. The pool towels will be provided against a refundable payment of 20 euros. The Vila provides an alarm system and a safe deposit free of charge. There is no heater or air conditioning available. The payment must be: 30% deposit upon reservation; 70% in 2 weeks before the arrival. A 150 Euros security deposit will be requested in case of damages. It will be refunded on the say of departure. The way of payment will be agreed and details will be provided upon booking.
