The house is in Colonial Pointe, a quiet gated neighbourhood of luxury homes. Comfortable and luxurious great room with 2 seating areas, one with large cable TV, and an eating area overlooking the pool. One sofa is a sofa bed if required. Lovely private south-facing pool with oversize deck area. Sun loungers. Lanai eating area with dining table and chairs. Free high speed internet - bring your own laptop or notebook. Telephone with free national and local calls. Full kitchen and laundry facilities, including fridge with water filter & ice maker, electric hob, oven and microwave. 3 bedrooms, each with closet / wardrobe. The master suite has a kingsize bed and its own en-suite luxury bathroom including large walk-in shower, bathtub and twin sinks. There is an additional full family bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 (queen double) & 3 (twin). Bedroom 3 has its own TV / DVD. Garden / yard, garage and large drive.

South Fort Myers is the ideal location for a beach, water sports, fishing, wildlife or golfing vacation. There are loads of things to do within easy reach, for all ages. Your vacation can be as busy or as relaxed as you like - it's all here. The beautiful white sands and warm ocean are second to none, the golf is great and varied, and the wildlife is fantastic. Our favourite beaches are Lighthouse Beach on Sanibel; the beach at the end of Captiva, and Lovers Key. If you're interested in wildlife, Lakes Park is a block away, and Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve about 10 minutes by car. Further afield, Busch Gardens at Tampa and the Everglades are both within easy reach. The area has a wide variety of stores, including 2 outlet malls. The fascinating Ford & Edison Winter homes are worth a visit. And the area is well supplied with eateries of all kinds, from fine dining to fast food. Fort Myers airport is within 20 minutes, and Miami & Tampa about a 2 hour drive.
