This gorgeous and spacious town home features large windows and forested views up the mountain to the Dave Murray downhill run, heated hardwood and slate floors, vaulted ceilings and a private outdoor hot tub. Relax in the living room curled up on the overstuffed leather and deep plush sofas (1 is a queen sofa bed) while warming your feet in front of the stone-faced wood burning fireplace. A 42' flat screen TV with high-end DVD/CD/Ipod home theatre system completes the living area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a booking deposit of 25% to secure your reservation, with the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your planned arrival date. A refundable security deposit of Cad$1,000 is also required together with the final balance. This will be refunded in full in the event of cancellation and one week after the end of your stay, assuming no damage is incurred.
  • Cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to commencement date will have 80% of monies received refunded, between 6 weeks and 4 weeks 50%, and less than 4 weeks no refund will be given.
  • Discounts: (only one to apply)
    Early bird discount: 15% if booking confirmed more than 270 days prior to arrival.
    Long-stay discount: 10% for bookings of 15 days or more.

The second master offers a queen bed plus a queen sofa bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with shower and double vanity. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, full bath with soaker tub and shower and covered deck with your own private 6-person hot tub overlooking the ski-out trail to Whistler Creek. One bedroom has 2 double beds and TV, the other bedroom has a queen bed. One of the sofas in the living room is also a queen bed when needed.
