This property has 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (one en suite) on three floors and is situated overlooking the 18 hole golf course of Mar Menor Golf Course. It has a large private pool with both airconditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The property is furnished to an extremely high specification, and includes European and UK Sky TV and Wireless Broadband. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The property also enjoys two private first floor terraces, one to the front of the property and one to the rear, which is accessed from the master bedroom. There is also a private conservatory overlooking the outside of the property, the large private swimming pool is situated on a private patio with private children's play area and BBQ. On the resorts, there is a a large 5 star hotel, with further bars and restaurants. There is also a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket. Golf deals and car rental can be arranged privately through the owner.

The Costa Calida translates to 'warm coast' and the region enjoys in excess of 320 days of sunshine a year. Nearby, there are the fabulous cities of Murcia and Cartaghena that boasts some of the best culture and architecture in Spain. For the more youthful and energetic, there are an abundance of Water Parks and other outdoor activities, or why not enjoy some of the best golf that Spain has to offer. But most of all, take in the fabulous Mar Menor Bay with it's all year round warmth, or why not take a boat across to the harbour of La Manga, or just sit on the bay's golden sands and relax. This is a region with something for everybody, all year round.
