New 3 bedroom semi-detached villa in a secluded compound built across 3 acres of landscaped gardens and surrounded by the stunning scenery of Akkaya valley. (The attached villa is also for rent - offering a total of 6 bedrooms for bigger parties) There are 2 living rooms on the ground floor (one with tv and dvd and one more for quiet reading) which opens into a private garden and has terraced seating for 6. The entrance level offers a modern kitchen and a diningroom with fire place. There is also a furnished terrace looking out onto the forest. The 1st floor has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, again, there is a furnished terrace. The top floor is an ensuite double room (bath and shower) with a very private terrace which at night, is a perfect place for a drink and star gazing. A/C throughout. There are 2 communal pools available and the acclaimed Waterfall Restaurant on site. There is 24 hour security and plenty of parking next to the house.

Villa Harjamin is in a beautiful valley of pine woods and olive groves overlooking an emerald green lake, just 15 minutes from Dalaman town and international airport. The onsite Waterfall restaurant is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.At Sarigerme, 20 min away is a new golf course and a 9km long blue flag beach or go to the Iztuzu beach, famous for the caretta turtles. Climb through the gorge at Saklikent, visit the coastal towns of Marmara or the Datca peninsula. Take a boat inland to Koycegiz lake or out to sea past the lycean rock tombs at Dalyan or relax in Gocek marina watching the super yachts. Take the ferry to Rhodes for the day or just stay in Turkey and enjoy the amazing scenery. The area is still widely untouched by foreigners so retains a lot of its local charm. There is a local market almost every day and the supermarket is a 15 minute drive. Spend the day with tourists then wind your way through the valley back to the peace and quiet of Akkaya.
