Apartments in an old town house in the heart of Jerez oldtown, thick concrete walls keep the heat out in summer, air-conditioning warm/cold. Tranquil, located in the typical narrow streets of Jerez, next to an old church and a lazy square. Within walking distance of 'tapas' bars & restaurants, shopping area, groceries, monumental buildings, theatre, cinema, events of different kinds. After a long day on the beach or strolling around in the city, or after hours playing golf, you will look forward to a rest in the beautiful Andalusia style patio (courtyard inside of the building). In the evenings you can visit one of the local flamenco bars or just breath in the special atmosphere of Southern Spain. May be you would like to experience the Andalusia Horses or visit some of the local Sherry wineries and taste the famous 'Vino Fino'. You will love it here!

You also find the famous MotoGP-circuit of Jerez where the yearly event of MotoGP takes place in May. By car or by bus you can visit the white villages 'Los pueblos blancos', such as Ronda, Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Arcos de la Frontera and enjoy the local history and handicraft of these picturesque towns. The most beautiful beaches between Chipiona and Rota will invite you for a swim in the Atlantic Ocean all seasons.
