Weddings: the house is great for marrying couples. You will feel alone and cozy/romantic in the house and yet everyday there are new experiences and attractions to explore. This is also confirmed by entries in our guest book which is located in the house. On Sundays there are marriage ceremonies and celebrations in Griffith Park. You will live in a quiet neighborhood, but are 10 minutes from Burbank city, the San Fernando Road with Burbank-Galeria restaurants, a movie theater, shops and a lot more - it all invites you to relax and go shopping. When you sit on the patio, the Californian state bire, the blue jay, will come and eat peanuts (with the shell) on your table or from your hand, a second one comes too - a squirrel also likes to eat the peanuts. Hummingbirds get sugar-nectar water from the nectar holder that hangs from the patio - nectar is also available. We have named the blue jays and the squirrels (you can find this information in the information folder in the house).
