On the second floor, accessible by elevator, you have a 2006 totally renovated, 131.23 ft.² sized, completely furnished apartment, with modern furniture, parquet floor, view on an inside patio with greeneries. It has an anteroom (with closet, area for clothes and shoes), living-/bedroom (includes: 1 modern and easy to use Murphy bed 6.56 x 5.91 feet sleeps 2, 1 extendible Couch/Sofa bed 6.23 x 4.59 feet sleeps 2, 1 dining table for 4 people, CD-player, broadband/ADSL-internet connection, telephone with fax-function, books and games), kitchen with 4 heating plates, walkway (with hanging area for clothes), comfortable bathroom (includes sink, shower with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and storage room (walking closet). For long stays clean sheets and towels are provided every 14 days.

Apartment, finished in 1986, modern, near the public transportation knot (U 3, U 4, S 45, ÖBB-West train station Penzing, tramway lines 49 and 52, bus 51 A, and the night bus N 4), nevertheless quiet, it is close to a park. Located in an ideal central place, it allows you to take care of all the urgent matters you have to do in Vienna, regardless of the direction. Weather it be city/downtown (Stephans-Platz), work-/meeting place, cultural sites, sports stadium or the nearby located recreational areas which surround the city (Lainzer Zoo, Vienna forest, Stone yard reasons, Island of Donau, Prater etc.), the time required to get there using public transportation is between 15 to 30 minutes. The Schönbrunner Schlosspark with the world’s oldest Zoo, is a comfortable 15 minute walk away to the entrance. For car owners there is free parking available on the street in front of the house.

wir waren schon im April/Mai 2007 in diesem Objekt leider gab es noch kein Bewertungsportal deshalb Bewertung erst jetzt.Wir können nur sagen das Appartment war einfach TOP besser geht nicht, wie zu Hause.Wir haben uns SUPER wohl gefühlt. Es war alles in der Nähe was man brauchte und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren super mit dem öffentlichem Nahverkehr zu erreichen.Auch ohne Auto sehr zu empfehlen.Sehr netter Vermieter.Würden wir uneingeschrängt unserer Familie und den Freunden empfehlen.Vielen Dank nochmal.

auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die vorgefundene Wohnung entsprach 100% den Angaben im Inserat. Die Ausstattung llässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage zum ruhigen begrünten Innenhof lässt auch sensible Schläfer schnell zur Ruhe kommen. Ein paar Schritte zur Strassenbahn sowie der nahe U-Bahn-Anschluss läßt Wien per Wien-Card leicht erkunden. Das Auto steht somit unberührt vor der Tür. Für uns war es die bisher beste gepflegte Wohnung, die wir unseren Freunden gern empfehlen werden. Ein äusserst charmanter Vermieter rundet das Bild ab. Man findet in der Wohnung genug Lektüre, um aus der Fülle der Sehenswürdigkeiten auszuwählen. 8 Tage waren zu wenig, wir werden sicher noch einmal buchen

Super ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement!

Die „40 m² Garconniere mit U-Bahnanschluss, ideal für kurze und lange Aufenthalte“ ist ein super ausgestattetes Appartement! Hier gibt es Alles was man braucht, um sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Es gibt sogar viele Bücher! Die Angaben und die Fotos im Online-Inserat sind komplett und genau. Alles ist wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße und in der Nähe sind viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle (Linie 3) ist durch einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar oder man kann auch die S-Bahn nur für eine Haltestelle nehmen. Der Vermieter ist besonders freundlich und betreut.
Ich würde dieses Appartement meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen, weil die Gästefreundlichkeit des Vermieters und die Lage der Wohnung die idealen Voraussetzungen für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Wien sind!
