So that you can enjoy your vacation to its fullest, we offer a fully furnished apartment (about 1200 ft), specifically built with the vacationer in mind. This rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining area, lanai (screened-in porch) and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, cable TV and Phone are available. This accommodation offers a heated pool located on the condo property that may be used by renters. Special offer for Golfers: All renters have the option to becoming a member of 4 nearby (within 3 miles) golf courses. If you choose this option you will pay $100 ($50 in summer time) per person/week (max. 2 persons) and you will receive a membership ID. In this case, you will not pay any “green fees” but will be responsible for renting a golf cart (between $10 - $17 depending on course and month), which is mandatory before 2:00 p.m.

• Hochsaison = Highseason, Zwischensaison = Midleseason, Nebensaison = Lowseason. All prices for 2 people. Each additional person $10 per day. Children under 15 years 50 %. Golfmembership possible. $100/week/person in highseason, otherwise $50/week/person. Maximum 2 persons. General cleaning at the end of stay $75. Electrical power costs $0.15 per KWH which comes normally to $20 - $40 per week. Payment on day of arrival in cash or Traveller checks in US$.

About 10 minutes away from the condo is Englewood beautiful beaches. You can swimm in 70 - 86 degrees Farenheit water or walk miles and miles along the water.

Other activities

For our guests who want to do horse back riding we have for beginners or who do better a special offer: Take riding hours with a professional riding teacher (US Certified) in dessage, Western English or for Beginner. Also rides are offered by state park. Costs: $45 for single hour (45 minutes) or 1 1/2 hours of a ride. Otherwise Englewood offers a varity of water related activities. Boat rentals, fishing trips and many more. There are also public tennis courts available.
