Nicely equipped apartment situated within a quiet small complex above Port de Sóller, offering excellent views over the mountains and the harbour. The total living area of Apartment Laura is approx. 75 sq m plus 12 sq m of balcony accessible from the living room and the main sleeping room. It is divided into: A large combined living-/dining room with fully equipped American kitchen. The living room offers a sofa, arm chairs and a table. 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and spacious built-in wardrobes. A bathroom with shower and WC/Bidet. From the living room and the first bedroom you can access the balcony which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable chairs. The apartment has Sat-TV and Radio/CD. The complex has a common pool of 8 x 4 m with deck chairs and a marvellous view over the mountains.
