Next-door there is a small room with a single bed, on the upper floor there is a bedroom for 2 people (queen size bed of 1.4 m), next to it the bathroom with Balnèo-bathtub and toilet, from the bedroom you have direct access to the partly roofed-over terrace of 40 m² with kitchenette, table and suite. From the living room a connection door leads to the studio with large breakfast kitchen; toilet and two single beds, direct access to the large terrace of 40 m².

Fancyl driving range: you hit into a lake. Further golf courts in Montelimar (visible from the motor-way when arriving).
