There are pebble and sandy beaches. You don’t really need a rented car since there are bus connections for seeing the island. Poris de Abona is a tiny, quiet fishing village. The fishing boats are in a little bay, and there’s a promenade along the coast. This is where a comfortable villa estate called 'Bahia Azul' came into being a few years ago. It contains about 25 houses. The location is absolutely tranquil but still near the village. And bathing facilities are right in front of your door. A little stairway used only by 'Bahia Azul' residents leads down to the Mole. You can go straight into the sea here and even have a swim before breakfast.
