The detached house has a living space of approx. 80 m². The large, spacious living room (40 sq.mts) is decorated with comfortable and bright soft furnishings. The sofa can be turned into a bed for 2 persons (approx. 170 x 180 cm). The TV set is connected to a satellite dish and receives TV and radio programs in digital quality. The dining table is suited for 6 people. Next to the dining table is a notebook-study with Internet connection. The living room is connected to the bedroom (18 sq.mts) which has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. Wardrobes up to the ceiling make sure that there is enough space for all your holiday garments. The bedroom gives direct access to the bathroom (approx. 12 sq.mts) with a shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin, hair dryer and 2 bathrobes. At the right side of the living room you find the kitchen with a sink, cooker with 4 plates, baking oven and refrigerator.

Just a few kilometres away from Playa de las Americas in the sunny south of Tenerife, this exclusive holiday home with premises of about 12.ooo sq.mts. was built on approx. 390 meter above sea level. Its remarkable architecture inside and outside makes it stand out clearly against most of the rest of the holiday homes on the island. Natural materials such as wood and stones are combined in harmony. The positive impression is increased by the splendid view over the Atlantic and the peace that surrounds the house. The beautiful green gardens are well taken care of and they make you feel comfortable from the very first moment of what will be a relaxing holiday. From the airport, about 25 km away, you pass the tourist areas of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. By car you need about 20 minutes to get to the holiday home and from there to the sandy beaches of Las Americas or the long beach walk (about 12 km) you need 15 minutes by car.
