Photos and Description of this Chia holiday chateau / country house

There is a beautiful inner patio and a large covered terrace. The property is approx. 4000 square meter big and fenced with a natural hedge. In the kitchen there is an old, very well functioning, Sardinic oven, in which you can bake bread or Pizza or grill fish. 2 bicycles are available. The night sky is overwhelmingly beautiful, one sees the Milky Way very clearly, since there is no light pollution. There is a fire-place to heat the sleeping room, also mobile gas heating is available. A sofa can be folded out for 2 more guests. The cottage is completely newly furnished. Distance to the Sea is about 2.5 km and the next beach 4.5 km.

The cottage lies approx. 4 km away from the village Teulada (approx. 4000 inhabitants) in a very quiet area. Distance to the wonderful Costa del Sud only 3 km, where you will find the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. It is 75 km from the airport in Cagliari, the last 22 km of which are along the wonderful Costa del Sud.

Notes: There is no public water supply! The water is pumped by our own wells up until July into a 10 cubic meter cistern and stored. Depending on the dryness after July, it will need to be filled by the water tankers. It costs 100 € a filling. At the end of the lease term, the water will be refilled and invoiced. The same goes for the gas.

Further information about the furnishings: The 2nd room is connected to the bedroom but has no door. The sofa bed can be put on the covered porch (if it's hot). The covered porch has 30 qm and the patio about 40 qm. In addition, there is a storage room for bikes and more. The farmhouse was redecorated this year, including roof, bathroom, patio, porch and cleaned throughout. The house is located in an old typical sardinic agricultural area (vineyards, lemon and orange groves, vegetable cultivation etc., but there are also many 'seed' fields, which are no longer used.) There are a few more houses in the area, of which some are rented out in the summer. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The house belongs to the carpenter of the village. I can send you an aerial view from Google Earth by e-mail.

Holidaymakers comments 2007: The house is beautiful and absolutely deserves the title of romantic villa. The terrace is a dream, and the other rooms are very lovingly decorated, and even the refrigerator was filled for us that was totally nice and the kitchen was excellent, it wasn't missing anything. It was brilliant that there were two bicycles which we always used to get bread, or just for a trip by bicycle to the beach. Those that like to stay calm and like seclusion ththen this is just right. I would stay there any time, especially when traveling as a group where nobody bothers you and others do not feel disturbed, which is perfect, and you enjoy your holiday.The choice of beaches in the area is excellent. We were almost at a different beach every day. There is nothing negative I remember, we were all happy to talk about this holiday. Sauereisen Family from Stuttgart

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche Anfang Juni 2007 in Ihrem Landhaus Tuerra, das mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet ist. Paola hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles war unheimlich unkompliziert trotz unserer minimalen italienischen Sprachkenntnisse. Bei Regen saßen wir die ersten Tage gut beschützt auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, bei Hitze konnten wir wunderbar lange im kühlen Haus schlafen (Mücken waren kein Thema!). Das Landhaus ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Schwierigkeiten gab es dabei nur mit den Sicherungen im Haus, die bei Nutzung des Ofens regelmäßig heraussprang, hier wäre vielleicht eine kleine schriftliche Einweisung ganz gut. Auch hätten wir gern unsere Erfahrungen und Tips aus der Woche an Nachmieter in einem Gästebuch weitergegeben.
Vielen Dank noch mal auch für die persönliche Betreuung, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, Britta und Falk Held aus Bielefeld.

Sehr schönes Landhaus!!!

Im Juli dieses Jahres durften wir in diesem Landhaus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Etwas abseits von den Stränden, genossen wir einerseits die Ruhe und Erholung, andererseits waren wir aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten am nächst gelegenen wunderschönen Strand neben einem Campingplatz. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und vom Hof aus ist jedes Zimmer erreichbar. Fazit: Immer wieder!!!!

Besser geht's nicht!

Schönes gemütliches Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet. Idyllisch zwischen Feldern gelegen, abseits von jeglichem Touristenrummel. In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Gasofen, der an kühlen Tagen für die nötige Wärme sorgt. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Neue Töpfe und Pfannen, Gewürze, etc. Und das Beste: Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit leckerem Käse, Wurst, Wein, Prosecco. Frisches Obst lag in einer Schale auf dem Küchentisch, zudem Brot für die ersten Tage. Sogar ein Mirto (leckerer sardischer Likör) wartete im Eisfach auf uns! Wenn man einen unbeschwerten, erholsamen Urlaub auf dem Lande verbringen will, dann ist das Haus ideal. Besser geht's wirklich nicht!

Drei wunderschöne Wochen in Sardinien

In diesem wunderschönen Haus kann man ganz tolle Ferien verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Trotz Ankunft mitten in der Nacht wurden wir von Paola herzlich begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war mit lauter leckeren Sachen gefüllt, vielen Dank.
Das Haus liegt landschaftlich sehr schön, trotz der Hauptsaison ruhig und kein Trubel. Mücken gibt es gottseidank kaum, unser Autan haben wir wieder heimgenommen. Die Strände und das Meer sind einfach eine Wucht, muß man selber sehen um es zu glauben. Auch schöne Ausflüge kann man gut machen.
Nochmals vielen Dank für so eine schönes Ferienhaus.
