Situated quiet & sunny between private dead-end street and the antique olive footpath of Lugano-Castagnola. Indoor pool (4 x 8 m) & 100 m² terrace with ping-pong table. The apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished with TV, telephone or cell phone, Fax, wireless Internet access and air conditioning.To lake with bath-boat-stage 100 m, ship-line 200 m, bus-top 70 -300 m, restaurants 100-400 m, grocery store 1,4 km, Center Lugano 2,5 km. This is a 5-room apartment for 6 people, on the ground floor of the villa B. It has 134 m² and a large sunny terrace with a covered dining area. In the living/dining room (air conditioning and ventilator), there are 2 couch beds, 1 x 2 m each, with open access to the ‘Bultahaup’ integrated kitchen with 4 cooking plates, baking oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave with grill, as well as dish washer. One double bedroom (air conditioning) has a French bed with 2 mattresses, 0.80 x 2 m each. The second double bedroom has single beds, 0.90 x 1.90 m each and a guests’ bed, as well as a cot. This bedroom has direct access to the shower/WC. The second bathroom has a bidet and a washing machine with integrated dryer. You will find comfortable furnishing, telephone, cable TV, Internet access, 1 parking place, and an indoor pool, which can be used from June to September. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Lugana can be easily reached from the north, thanks to the longest car tunnel of the world, St. Gottard Tunnel, with the railway and the San Bernardino street tunnel. Lugano offers a rich cultural program, as well as good entertainment and relaxation. Besides, Lugano combines the best features of both worlds: Italy and Switzerland. It has an important bank and commerce center. Thanks to its geographical location, Lugano is a gate between Switzerland and Central Europe in the north, and Italy in the south.   • The above mentioned prices are per property and per 2 people. The change over is on Saturday, or upon agreement. The check-in is between 16 and 19 p.m. The check-out is between 8 and 10 a.m. The electricity needs to be paid according to the counter. The final cleaning is 285 CHF. Linen, towels and table cloth are obligatorily changed once a week: 30 CHF per week and per person. The covered parking place is 11 CHF per day. The visitor’s tax for people over the age of 14 is 2.20 CHF per day. The extra bed is 50 CHF per day. The cot is 25 CHF per day. The security deposit is 800 CHF and needs to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. The balance will be refunded on the day of departure. When you make the booking, you need to pay 30 % of the rental rate. The balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before the check-in. For more information about the payment procedure, please ask the owner. We kindly recommend a travelling insurance with cancellation cover.

Notes: The indoor pool can be used from June to September. There is a common terrace with canvas chairs, ping-pong table, cycling trainer and 2 children paddling pools. There is an electro grill on a separate terrace in the garden, with a dining area. The garden gates to the north and to the south open your way to the walk path which leads to the romantic fishermen village Gandria and the antique olive way of Castagnola. There are 200 to the course boat, 100 m to the leg with bathing jetty, 100 - 400 m to the restaurants. The bus station nr. 1 is 10 minutes away, namely around 300 m. The bus station nr. 11: 30 minutes = 70 m. The big lido of Lugano, the gondola on Monte Bre and supermarkets are within 1.3 km. A small lido at the Lake San Domenico is wihin 600 m. The center of Lugano is 2.5 m away.

You can reach the meter 2075 by cable car= 90 km from Lugano, which can also be used over the high way. Campra (Campo di Blenio) is 1500 m over the sea level, with a 30 km cross country skiing run= 90 km from Lugano over the highway and national streets. Cari, 1.640 m over the sea level: you can reach meter 1940 by the cable car= 70 km over the high way or the national streets.

Golf: There are golf courses in the neighbourhood of Lugano: by Luganer Lake, in Magliaso, 12 km from the center of Lugano, by Lago Maggiore, in Ascona and Losone, 20 km and 45 km from the center of Lugano, at the Comer Lake, in Italy, 20 km from the Castagnola.
