This is a beautiful penthouse-apartment on two levels with spacious living room 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all with stunning sea & mountain views in the community 'Terrazas de la Bahia', near Estepona. This property is situated in well-kept gardens with 2 community pools. The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total, each with panoramic sea views. On the roof there is a further patio/terrace. There is air conditioning throughout for heating/cooling. Tastefully and to a high standard with SAT TV-Astra, living room with dining place to seat 6 people, when you seat on the dining table you can look at the sun, lighting on the open Mediterranean Sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Both lounge and dining area look out to a large terrace with free overviews to the sea and the mountains. The whole property is very stylish and furnished with a personal taste with a lot of unique accessories, pictures and some antique furniture.

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 14 km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20 min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need-to-know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need-to-know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door, in just 2.5 km distance. Penthouse Vistamar is very comfortable and clean house.There are beatiful panoramic seaview,no to far to Estepona, and Gibraltar.Very nice people and everythink ok:)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Unterlagen für die Anreise und Vorort Informationen.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen im Internet, die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, auf Anfragen welcher Art bekam man rasche Antwort und nach der Buchung bekamen wir einige Seiten detaillierter Informationen betreffend Anfahrt zur Anlage, Abwicklung bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe, diverse Restautant- und Ausflugstipps etc...
Kurz und gut alles bestens und wir haben eine schöne Woche an der Costa del Sol verbracht. Es hat uns, unseren Teenagern und unserem kleinen Nachzügler sehr gut gefallen! Auto ist empfehlenswert um von der Wohnung aus die Gegend zu erkunden. (Gibraltar, Ronda, die weißen Dörfer, Tarifa mit Afrikablick....)

Tolle Aussicht, hoher Erholungswert!

Wir waren im April 2008 in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Was damals noch nicht vorhanden war, sind die Korbmöbel auf dem zweiten Foto. Das ist sehr zu begrüßen, da die Metallstühle/Sessel, auf dauer, tatsächlich nicht so bequem sind. Man sitzt ja meistens draußen. Die Sofas drinnen sind dagegen sehr weich. Nicht durchgesessen, aber durch die losen Kissen ist man immer mehr darin versunken. Wir hatten viel spass uns gegenseitig wieder hersuzuziehen. Ansonsten gab es aber absolut nichts auszusetzen.
Die Betreuung bis Urlaubsantritt war ausgezeichnet!

Bilder und Beschreibung stimmen hier 100%ig überein: das Penthouse ist perfekt! Sehr angenehm überrascht waren wir wieder einmal über die Liebe, die der Anbieter in Details steckt. Ob es der Rührmixer in der Küche ist, der Ball für den Strand oder der Wanderführer durch die Umgebung - alles findet man in diesem Penthouse mit den fantastischen Terrassen zur Meerseite. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, die Anlage sehr, sehr gepflegt.
Der ruhige, weite Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen - wenn es nicht gerade regnet. Schade also, dass Ende Oktober das Wetter nicht so prächtig war und wir mit den Kindern in der (komfortablen) Wohnung saßen.
Sehr angenehm gestaltete sich wieder einmal der Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir wurden bestens auf unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet und mit Informationen versorgt.
Wem es nichts ausmacht, 10 Minuten zum Strand zu laufen, oder wer sich lieber am Pool tümmelt oder ohnehin das Auto nimmt, für den ist das Penthouse wirklich empfehelnswert.
