The property is a typical white-walled spacious Majorcan villa in its own grounds. Casa Antoria is a tastefully furnished, self-contained villa flat on the top floor with an independent entrance and on-site parking. Accommodation has two bathrooms and is geared to sleep four people in two fully fitted, attractive bedrooms. Leading off the kitchen area is a flat-roof patio where you can unwind on the reclining sun loungers and bask in the Majorcan sun. In the corner of the patio is a stylish brick-built barbecue from which you can enjoy a cooked alfresco meal of your choice. Additionally there is a table and four patio dining chairs shaded by a sun-brolly. For your indoor entertainment, in the lounge there is a satellite digital TV offering limited channel viewing plus a VCR, and a radio/cassette/CD. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with a conventional electric self-clean cooker, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Ruhiges Wohnen mit schönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung entspricht den angegeben Angaben, jedoch muss festgehalten werden, dass die Einrichtung etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist. Ebenso ist ein Aufenthalt in der Hauptsaison für typische "Mitteleuropäer" - weil ohne Klimaanlage - etwas schweißtreibend. Obwohl man das eigentlich nicht als "Negativ" bewerten darf, da man das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage bei Reservierung schon weiss (nur die tatsächliche Hitze kann man sich halt schwer vorstellen). Ansonsten regt die Terrasse mit herrlichen Meerblick zum Entspannen in den Abendstunden (mit Grillmöglichkeit!) ein. Trotz Nähe zum Ortszentrum liegt die Wohnung ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Die Strände sind auch leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Abschließend kann man sagen, dass in dieser Anlage ein Urlaub in der Nebensaison sicher zu empfehlen ist - für hartgesottene Hitzeliebhaber - natürlich auch in der Hauptsaison.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Betten, wunderschöne Terrasse, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber. Die Küchenmöbel sind allerdings etwas renovierbedürftig - zudem fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine oder Kanne + Filter. Die Betreuung durch Frau B. war sehr gut. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit an Freunde weiter empfehlen.
