The newest of the Discovery Bay luxury properties, Fortlands Point is located at the point of land at the entrance to the bay. The villa offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Discovery Bay from its expansive terraces and dramatic infinity pool area. The 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom villa offers spacious and elegant indoor and outdoor settings to meet your every mood. Built on the site of the original fort at the entrance to Discovery Bay, Fortlands Point features an abundance of teak and other tropical woods throughout to enhance the true authentic Jamaican atmosphere of the villa. The 2-acre lot offers sea views in three directions.

Bedroom Configuration:

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.

-Bedroom 1 Mahogany king bed plus daybed, television, French doors to furnished terrace and lawn, sea view, private bathroom with bidet and tub-shower combination. Wheelchair accessible bedroom and terrace via ramped entrance and wide doorways. Located on the first level.
-Bedroom 2 King bedroom plus daybed, sea view, French doors to furnished balcony, private bathroom with bidet and tub-shower combination. Located on the first level
-Bedroom 3 Queen 4-poster bed, sea view, private bathroom with tub-shower combination. Located on the second level.
-Bedroom 4 Children's Room: Twin beds, private bathroom with tub-shower combination, located on the second level.
-Bedroom 5 Captain's Room: Named for its prow-of-ship views. King size 4-poster bed, television, spacious private bathroom with double-basin vanity, bidet, large walk-in shower (big enough for two) with 2 showerheads and 3 waterjet body massagers. Located on the third level.
-Bedroom 6 Large loft bedroom under high peaked ceiling. King bed, spacious bathroom with bidet and large walk-in shower (big enough for two) with 2 showerheads and 3 waterjet body massagers. Sea view from bedroom, bathroom and shower. Located on the upper level.
-Bedroom 7 Children's Loft: Twin beds in room under peaked ceiling, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Fortlands Point has a maximum capacity of 10 adults and 4 children.

The pool and covered bar seating area are ideal for outdoor living, dining and relaxing, and afford spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean, Discovery Bay and the mountains beyond. Outdoor Photographs Guests can enjoy a game of squash on the indoor court, work out in the fitness center, kayaking, swimming or snorkeling in the blue waters of the Caribbean. The main beach is a cove inside the bay, and the two smaller beaches directly face the Caribbean Sea.

For outdoor dining there is the dramatic, secluded, sea-side dining area where you can enjoy the waves breaking over honeycombed rocks at the entrance to the Bay while savoring incomparable cooking.

Fortlands Point has a full staff including two butlers, cook, two housekeepers/laundresses, and gardener.
