The sophisticated equipment and lovely furnished holiday apartment is located directly on the driving range with a putting green. The apartment located on the ground floor has a large, glass panelled southern balcony (winter garden) that is very comfortable on cooler days. The apartment complex has a large swimming pool with a spaciously designed garden. In the residential complex you will find an underground garage where you can park your vehicle. The underground garage and all levels of the house can be reached with an elevator (thus, this apartment is ideal for handicapped people). You can take care of your shopping in the large supermarket 'Caprabo', which can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. The apartment contains 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and is about 130 m² large. Up to 5 people can stay here. The apartment has SAT-TV/radio, heating, fireplace, a/c, elevator and underground garage.

Between Cala Millor and Sa Coma is the well-kept and peaceful urbanisation 'El Dorado', directly by the nature preservation area in the region. Very nearby you will find six wonderful golf courses. 300 m away you will find 18 tennis courts, a mini golf course and a large wellness paradise. If you would prefer to relax, then you can visit the attached beauty farm 'Bio Mar'. Parallel to the beach of Sa Coma, there is a boulevard where you can go on walks and visit some of the shops or restaurants. The centre of Cala Millor can be reached in a 10 minute walk. Sa Coma and also Cala Millor, the most popular holiday resorts in the east of the island, have a stunning, fine-sand beach that slowly deepens into the sea.

  • The prices are for a booking with 2 people. The price for each extra person is € 12 per day. Children up to 2 years of age and a crib & high chair are free of charge. In addition to the rental price, a onetime fee for the entire rental period for utilities will be due for € 80. Security deposit € 100. Upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the rent price will be due. The remaining amount, including the security deposit, must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. During the winter months and for long-term bookings (from 4 weeks), the rental price is on request.

Wir waren an Fasching 2009 in dieser Wohnung. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Wintergarten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Angaben im Internet treffen zu. Die Heizung in der Wohnung hat gut funktioniert; in der Wohnung war es warm. Das einzige Minus war, dass viel Autoverkehr vorbeifloss, obwohl wir uns in einer absoluten Nebensaison dort aufgehalten haben.

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir haben leider nur 1 Woche in den Herbstferien in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen dürfen, würden aber jederzeit wieder buchen. Mit allem toll ausgestattete
Küche und auch sonst super eingerichtet. Ein schöner Wintergarten mit toller Terasse passen hervorragend zu
dieser super Wohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort zu dem
Vermieter.
Wir können nur positives berichten und uneingeschränkt
weiterempfehlen. Danke und hoffentlich bis bald......

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben in der Zeit vom 10.09.08 bis 24.09.08 in dieser Wohnung zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen erlebt. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal zu einem Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her ideal und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche waren alle wünschenswerten Utensilien vorhanden, so dass man durchaus "zu Hause" kochen kann. Eine wunderschönen Terasse (bei Bedarf als Wintergarten) runden diese schöne Wohnung ab. Abschließend möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass die Vermieter super-nett sind und wir keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme hatten. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort. Danke nochmal !!!

Angaben im Inserat sind zutreffend. Sehr geräumige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien mehr als genug vorhanden. Nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter, vor Ort hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Rundum Wohlfühlen

Familie aus Berlin: Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unseren Urlaub auf Mallorca. In diesem Jahr werden wir zum zweiten Mal unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser sehr geschmackvollen und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit gutem Komfort verbringen. Die großzü-gig angelegte Terrasse und der große Gemeinschaftspool laden zum entspannen und verweilen ein.
Fazit: Zu vielen was wir in der Vergangenheit auf dieser Insel an Unterkünften erlebt haben ein klasse Erlebnis.
Mit Meerblick wäre diese Wohnung absolut perfekt.
