The tasteful, newly built holiday apartment (90 m²) is located on a peaceful side street of the small resort Cala Sant Vicenc, only a 4 minute walk from the sand bay of Cala Molins. It is located on the top floor of a small residential complex with 4 units. Over an outdoor staircase you can get to the separate entrance & you get into the spacious, well-lit, modern living/dining room with American kitchen, cosy corner with fireplace oven & SAT-TV & a dining area in front of a big balcony terrace (16 m²) with garden furniture & a beautiful view of a forested hill & villas. In the kitchen you will find: gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, electric water cooker, toaster. Bordering is a back terrace with a washing machine and dryer. It leads from the living room to the separate bedroom; one with a double room & an en suite full bathroom, the other with 2 single rooms which share a full bathroom. Ideal for families or a group of friends that sleep separately, but would like to live together.

The small villa and swimming resort Cala Sant Vicenc with only altogether 1500 guest beds are located on the outer north-western coast of Majorca. Its emblem is a mountain coming out of the sea, the Cavall Bernat, which can be observed from both bays. On both of the family-friendly bays you will find beach bars and restaurants. In the city centre: 2 small supermarkets, barber, bus stop, newspaper store and 20 restaurants that have specialised in fish. To the closest larger city, Pollenca, it is a 7 minute drive, also to the harbour of Pollenca. Cala Sant Vicenc is a good starting point for hiking tours in the Tramuntana mountains and for diving excursions with stunning underwater landscapes (diving school on site). The 9 hole golf course of Pollenca can be reached in a 10 minute drive. Cala Sant Vicenc is extremely family-friendly, sophisticated, never overcrowded and is something for people who love nature. There are absolutely no animation programs.

Es war wunderschön, wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell und sauber. Die Ausstattung samt Küchen-Utensilien ist absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Terassen, eine davon ist mit einem großen (Ampel-)Schirm und Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen ausgestattet. Das Doppelzimmer hat ein angeschlossenes Bad, das zweite Bad liegt zwischen den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern (zusammen in einem eigenen Flur, sehr praktisch). Wir hatten immer schönes Wetter und waren daher immer draußen, aber hier hätten wir auch an regnerischen Tagen ausreichend Platz gefunden (großer Ess- und Wohnbereich).

Die zum Baden am besten geeigente Bucht (Cala Molins) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, einfach nur die Straße runter und man ist da. Wunderschön, früh am morgen nur mit einem Handtuch mal kurz ans Meer zu gehen. Auch die anderen beiden Buchten (Cala Barques, Cala Clara) sind sehr schön und ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir haben uns gleich am Flughafen ein Auto genommen, was absolut empfehlenswert ist, da es in der Umgebung so viele schöne Dinge zu sehen und zu tun gibt. In der Wohnung liegt eine Mappe mit wirklich allen wichtigen Informationen aus .

Die (deutschsprachige) Betreuung vor Ort war spitzenmäßig. Alles lief genau so ab, wie wir es geplant und vereinbart hatten. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und wir haben eine Menge guter Insider-Tips erhalten.

Wir können diese Wohnung samt Betreuung/Vermittlerin guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Sowohl die Wohnungsbeistzerin als auch wir, die Vermittler, sind sehr bemüht, es allen unseren Gästen recht zu machen - schließlich kommt jeder mit ganz eigenen Erwartungen und Vorstellungen...
Wenn dann ein solch positives Echo kommt, sind wir natürlich zufrieden und hochmotiviert für noch mehr Service und Aufmerksamkeit!

positiv: sauber, gute sanitäre einrichtungen, grosse räume, klimaanlage, ruhige seitenstrasse, zu fuss zum strand, nette und unkomplizierte vermittlung
negativ: hellhörig zur nachbarwohnung, schlafzimmer mit doppelbett geht auf terrassen der nachbarhäuser, deshalb oft lärmbelästigung nachts, keinerlei sonnenschutz auf der eigenen terrasse, tagsüber praktisch nicht nutzbar, keine spülmaschine und spärliches kücheninventar
Owner's Response: Wir sind ein wenig erstaunt über diese Bewertung, denn die Mieter haben uns während ihres Aufenthaltes nichts dergleichen gesagt, obgleich wir uns mehrere Male gesehen und gesprochen hatten... ganz im gegenteil: sie gaben sich sehr zufrieden mit allem!
Zum Beispiel hätte wir ohne Probleme einen Sonnenschirm organisieren und aufstellen können, hätten mit den Nachbarn reden können.
Was wirklich nicht stimmt, ist die Kritik am Kücheninventar. Vielleicht haben die Mieter den einen oder anderen Küchenschrank nicht geöffnet, denn die Küche enthält so ziemlich alle Hilfsmittel, die der Mensch im Urlaub braucht, unter anderem: einen hochmoderenen Ceranherd mit Backofen, eine Mulinex, eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, einen elektrischen Wasserkocher, eine elktrische Fruchtpresse, einen Toaster, etc...
Schade, auch hier hätte man vor Ort miteinander sprechen und nicht hinterher kritisieren müssen...
Eine Spülmaschine hat die sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung nicht - aber das ging ja auch aus dem beschreibenden Text in der Ausschreibung hervor und haben also die Mieter vor der Buchung gewusst!
Es ist immer sehr unangenehm für Eigentümer und Vermittler, wenn solche Kritikpunkt nicht sofort vor Ort angesprochen werden...
