The originally secluded vacation house is located in the quarter Vittoria Appuana, only 1 km from the center of the Forte dei Marmi (5 minutes by bike), and it is designed in Italian summer house style. The large terraces around the house are equipped with canvas chairs, tables and garden chairs. In the well equipped kitchen you will also find a dish washer and a washing machine. This landscape between the sea and the impressive setting of the Apuan Alps invites you to enjoy many beach and cultural activities, as well as many other activities, such as wonderful bike tours for all age categories. Enjoy sport tours on the coast street between Viareggio and Carrara, or in the mountains, where you can meet numerous Italians, who practice sports with a lot of passion. You can rent all sorts of sport equipments.

Notes to the rental rates

• The given prices include linen, towels and dish cloths. For the final cleaning, we charge you with 90 Euros. During the cold season (approx. November until the end of April) you will have to pay for the heating gas according to personal usage, on location. Salt, pepper and other spices, as well as cleaning agents are always available.
  
• An extra bed for large occupancy will be charge with 100 Euros per week.
  
• Arrival: Saturday, from 16:00 p.m. Saturday: before 10:00 a.m. In the early and late season, you the arrival and departure days can be fixed individually, on agreement.

In the summer, most Italian families open their summer houses and the beach becomes more vivid. In the warm years, the last guests can swim even at the beginning of November.
