Comfortable, detached villa in quiet area. With wonderful sea-view of the roof-terrace. Wonderful garden with many flowers, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. Big pool-terrace, pool with roman steps and other different terraces (also barbecue place). Private atmosphere to enjoy relaxed holidays.

This small, but fine, village of fishermen kept a piece of past and rightfully the 'pearl of the Costa Blanca' was called. With only 3,500 inhabitants it lies approx. 10 km off the national route - and also apart of the most tourism. From Teulada coming a far valley with grape gardens extends, hemp from solid mountain ranges. Already in this moment the fantastic view shows, why it pulls so many visitors after Moraira. In the small pedestrian precinct of Moraira you find to Shops, ice-cream parlours, Cafés and restaurants. Several smaller, elegant promenades invite to walking and strolling. Also you find here some very beautiful restaurants with terraces, which are directly at the cliffs with fantastic view on the sea. Central point in Moraira is a very beautiful, small sandy beach.

Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage in ihrem Haus verbracht.
Die Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad waren neu renoviert und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen (chlorfreier Pool, Grillecke, Außendusche und die Bepflanzung der Gartenanlage) waren in einem hervorragendem Zustand.
Die Küche nagelneu und bestens bestückt. Beim Außengrill fehlte Grillbesteck! Die Sonnenschirme waren für gelegentliche Windböen nicht ausreichend beschwert.
Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung sehrgut.
Ein Fahrzeug ist jedoch erforderlich da der Fußweg nach Moraira zu weit ist.
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
