Three bedroom apt sleep 5 with a nice terrace less than 10 min from city centre

This bright and sunny three bedroom apt can fit up to 5 people an extra bed can be put, there two double and one single ,the apt is on the 6th floor with a lift that makes it nice and quiet at night to sleep, it has a nice terrace that can be used for breakfast and meals and a nice relaxing time after a day of sightseeing, the kitchen is newly renovated and is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower and a WC and another separate WC, the apartment has central heating and air con and really suitable for families, the lounge has a sofa for 3 and two single sofas a dining table, a coffee table, TV, DVD, linen and towels are included there is a charge of €50 cleaning fees and any extra cleaning is upon demand.

Location: Gracia in Barcelona

The apartment is situated in a nice area called Garcia just less than 10 min to town and the beach, used to be an old village just walking distance to the famous Sagrada familia and park guell, a fantastic area for families with children plenty of play grounds, supermarkets, markets, bars, cafes and restaurants with really reasonable prices of everything rather than the rip off of tourist areas just walking distance to a really nice shopping street for its individual boutiques.

The area is surrounded with plenty of local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and market it has plenty of squares with a great night life walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and park Guell and Passeo de Gracia, less than 10 minutes from town and the beach, the area is suitable for families it has plenty of open spaces and playgrounds, just walking distance to nice shopping street, the local prices are very reasonable compare to the rip off of tourist areas, plenty of choice of restaurants and the quality of food is fantastic.
