Sainte Maxime sur mer, a charming small city on the French Riviera. Somewhat outside of the city you will find an exclusive, completely separate holiday apartment in a private domaine directly by the sea. It is about 2 minutes to the sea with a beautiful beach. The apartment is about 55 m² large, has a salon with kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a large French bed (1.60 x 2.10), a shower/bath with bidet and WC and additionally a separate guest WC. A private property with a very large terrace belongs to the apartment. From here and from the apartment itself you will have a fantastic sea view. The apartment is completely separate with a private entrance and absolutely peaceful. The Domaine itself is very well-kept with exclusively private villas on large properties. A lot of beautiful golf courses are found nearby. The price for the apartment is per week between € 650 and 1000 according to the season. Contact under telephone 0033494967605

Die Wohnung und deren Ausstattung haben voll den Angaben und Bildern der Online-Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Lage mit Terrassen-Blick auf die Bucht von Les Issambres ist tagsüber sowie auch in den Abend- und Nachtstunden ein Erlebnis. Die Lage der Villa ist ein Juwel und verspricht auch absolute Ruhe, da die separate Einliegerwohnung mit eigenere Terrasse die Privatatmosphäre gewährleistet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zuvorkommende und unaufdringliche Art des Vermieters, der auch bei Informationen jeder Art behilflich ist. Bis zum Strand und Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, auch für Golfer sind diverse schöne Plätze in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir können diese Wohnung in der gepflegten Anlage und Umgebung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Wir werden bei unseren zukünftigen Urlaubsplanungen in der Region dieses schöne Domizil bevorzugt wählen.

We had a wonderful time, absolutely quiet location,
tasteful med furniture
lots of light, with white marble floor
in very good condition and very clean throughout, including the swimming pool
we enjoyed the fantastic see view from the appartment and the garden terrace, with a light breeze throughout,private parking, supportive host

Sehr schöne Wohnung für einen Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung (Paar 37/41) und waren im August 2009 für 2 Wochen dort.

Die separate Wohnung ist in einer großen Villa auf einem Hügel zwischen Ste.Maxime und Les Issambres gelegen. Das Anwesen liegt in einer privaten Wohnanlage in einer absolut ruhige Umgebung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge zu allen Zielen an der Cote d'Azur.

Der Wohnanlage vorgelagert ist sowohl ein privater alsauch ein öffentlicher Strand.

Die Wohnung selbst ist deutlich größer, als von den Bildern her zu vermuten. Von der eigenen Terrasse/Garten aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Les Issambres. Vom Pool aus blickt man auf die Bucht von St.Tropez.
Die Einrichung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir haben nichts vermisst; alle Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Sat-TV etc. sind vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Auch mit dem Vermieter, der im Haus lebt, hatten wir einen netten Kontakt und er konnte uns Tipps zu zahlreichen sehr guten Restaurants, aber auch Kunstmuseen, die uns besonders interessierten, in der Umgebung geben. Die Abwicklung war völlig korrekt.

Allen Angaben im Online-Inserat sind voll zutreffend und werden vor Ort sogar nch positiv übertroffen.

Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ausgangspunkt für unsere Reise an die Cote d'Azur vorstellen können.

Eine Ferienwohnung für Individualisten, die französisches Ambiente und Leben lieben. Typisch die Räume mit weißen Marmorböden und Wänden. Moderne Kunst schmückt teilweise den Wohnraum.
Weiß ist die vorherschende Farbe, so auch die Bettwäsche, Frotteewäsche, alles ist frisch und sauber.
Die Terrasse ist separat zum oberen Grundstück gelegen mit einem Super-Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Les Issambres.
Ein überdachter Pool läd auch bei etwas kühlerem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein.
Man kann ganz ungestört auf der Terrasse träumen, lesen oder malen.
Die Kitchinett erlaubt die Zubereitung von leckeren kleinen Mahlzeiten.
Schon oft haben wir herrliche Urlaubstage dort verlebt und werden auch in Zukunft weitere Urlaubstage dort verbringen wolle.

> das Appartement war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und systemisch hervorragend ausgestattet (es passte alles zusammen), die Liebe des Vermieters zur Kunst wurde in den Bildern deutlich und kann nur mit großer Hochachtung bedacht werden
> Vorbereitung und Betreung entsprachen dem hohen Stil des Vermieters
> das Appartement würde ich meinen Freunden sowie auch anderen Personen weiterempfehlen
> man kann vor Ort allen Freizeitmöglichkeiten nachgehen
